Went there on a prepaid Monday brunch. Food selections, taste, and quality were hundred folds better when we ate there more than a year ago. The meats were flavorful and tender especially the beef ribs. Oysters were not the freshest, but still satisfied my palete. They have several varieties of desserts for sugar loving patrons and no sugar desserts. Our waitress was super attentive to our needs and constantly cleared our tables of the used plates. Drinks here are self-serve except alcoholic beverages which aren't included in the buffet price. The buffet area is well maintained and clean. Would I return to this buffet? My answer is, "yes". If you haven't tried The Buffet at Bellagio, I suggest give it a shot. Is it on the same level as The Buffet at Wynn or Bacchanal at Caesar's? I'll let you be the judge.

One of the best buffet in town. They usually closed dinner buffet in the winter. During the holidays, they had some special surprises ex, lobsters and King crab legs.

The Bellagio - most iconic resort on the strip for being known and renowned world wide for its spectacular fountain show.. let me tell you, there's many a hidden secret here at Bellagio, and the secret is out about the Buffet. Wow don't even sum it up.. Yes The Buffet @ Bellagio was absolutely amazing. I was able to get a 2for1 deal and that' made this even more special because I would time and time again spend full price for this buffet anytime, any day of the week. I believe the buffet was around $51 for an adult. Our little one ate free, thank goodness because he eats about 3 French fries and that's it. Very basic layout upon walking in, but that's where the basic ends and the gloriousness begins. So many great food stations and absolutely no where to begin. I browsed the selections till my heart could take no more. Grabbed a plate of little of everything, they have full salad bar obviously, wonderful carving station with prime rib, and even oysters and barbecued salted oysters, absolutely incredible. They had shrimp grits, full charcuterie station, pizza station and deviled eggs, and pastas ... oh my this was gonna be epic. The prime rib was good but slightly dry, but their chicken and sausages were great, the pastas I really enjoyed with a pesto sauce, charcuterie board had it all and I made sure to enjoy some meat and cheese. I mean, it was the quality and the quantity with this buffet, I've been to Bacchanal numerous times, I believe i have a review of it here, and I have to say , price point wise and the fact they have fresh shucked oysters here and Bacchanal doesn't, pushes them closer to number one, I'm just saying. It was everything a buffet should be and the food was hot, fresh, full of flavor and just an amazing treat of a buffet. The wife didn't pass up the desert station either, all kinds of cake pops and gelato and cakes to choose from. I have to say Bellagio outdid themselves and put them ahead of the game, the only draw back is it's a brunch time buffet, it closes at 3 pm. Once they maybe get fully staffed and going staying open till 10 this would be the go to buffet for sure. The top 3 buffet in Vegas in my opinion are 1) Bacchanal 2) Bellagio 3) Palms ... so of your hitting the slots and stopping by to check out that fountain, so yourself and big favor and stop into The Buffet @ Bellagio, you will certainly not regret it, I can't wait to comeback.

I had a great brunch experience here, although I wish I came around 11 because they started bringing in the lunch dishes like sushi and poke bar around 12. I was quite surprise I stayed there for almost 2 hours, totally worth it. Service, this was a self beverage service but our waitress was efficient at grabbing our items. Ambiance was pretty relaxed. Nothing too fancy but well maintained. I would recommend trying the strawberry pancake, they were crispy on the outside and moist on the inside. The juices were so fun to try. Btw they also had dole whip in the juice area!! I wasn't too excited with their warm foods, but I like seeing that they rotate out food that sat there too long

To begin, the Bellagio hotel is beautiful! The staff here are very helpful. When we asked how to find the buffet once we were inside, the gentleman who we asked kindly directed us in the right path. The buffet is a little on the pricey side but i understand why. They offer a lot of seafood options and red meat as well. The California rolls are very good and the crepes were also delicious! There aren't many options for kids such as chicken tenders or fries, but they do have at least 5 types of pizza toppings. If you are a Nevada resident you get 3 hours complimentary parking. After putting your parking ticket in a pay machine, and then scanning your Nevada ID.
